The KDS-EN4 H.264 Video Streamer & Encoder from Kramer provides real-time 1920 x 1080 resolution video and audio over standard 100/1000 Mb/s network. The encoder includes AVC support for H.264/MPEG-4 and AAC codecs. It also offers open encoding that enables decoding through VLC player software and supports unicast streaming through RTSP (Real Time Streaming Protocol).
